All over Indore: 1-3 working days Order before 11.30am and your order will be dispatched on the same day working day (Mon-Sat).

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. You can either write us at theayurstore@gmail.com or call at +91-8109082216 from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM to initiate a return. Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through speed post courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If an item is found damaged, missing or incorrect as per your order & the description on our website, customers have to escalate a concern with us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a picture of the packaging and products at theayurstore@gmail.com or call on +91-8109082216 within those 48 hours. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund through The Ayur Store (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. Please note the usual 14-day return policy won’t be applicable in these kinds of cases.

Mystic Lavender and Iris Face Wash for Nourishment & Anti-Aging, 100 ml

Mystic Lavender and Iris Face Wash made with natural ingredients cleanses your skin thoroughly and adds a natural glow to your face. It cleanses the pores deeply, gently purifies the skin and protects it from pollutants with the help of high amounts of anti-oxidants present in it. Directions: Take a small quantity of Mystic Lavender and Iris face wash and apply it all over damp face. Gently massage the product on your face in circular motion. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
