Shipping & Returns Policy

All over Indore: 1-3 working days Order before 11.30am and your order will be dispatched on the same day working day (Mon-Sat).

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. You can either write us at [email protected] or call at +91-8109082216 from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM to initiate a return. Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through speed post courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If an item is found damaged, missing or incorrect as per your order & the description on our website, customers have to escalate a concern with us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a picture of the packaging and products at [email protected] or call on +91-8109082216 within those 48 hours. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund through The Ayur Store (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. Please note the usual 14-day return policy won’t be applicable in these kinds of cases.

This Ayurvedic Joint Care Combo kit includes three types of Ayurvedic formulations. It is a formulation of various ingredients to help reduce pain and increase mobility of joints.
Reduces uric acid pain, treats A to Z cartilage disorders, joint pain, stiffness, swelling and promotes mobility. This kit is very effective in muscle pain, cervical pain, joint pain, back pain and sprains.

Carti-Q- 30 tablets

Calmeal Ds- 30 capsules

Pain Well Plus Oil 60ml

 

Carti-Q:

Indications:

Reduces uric acid pain, treats A to Z cartiage related disorder, joint pain, stiffness, swelling and promotes mobility.

Each tablets contains:
Curcumin                75mg
Hadjorh                  40mg
Mithi suranjan      40mg
Methre beej           50mg
Payaj beej              20mg
kashmiri lassun  30mg
Ambey haldi        75mg
Sudh kuchla         20mg

Direction for use:

1 to 2 tablets twice or thrice a day or as directed by the physician.

Store in a cool & dry place.
Away from direct sunlight.
