All over Indore: 1-3 working daysOrder before 11.30am and your order will be dispatched on the same day working day (Mon-Sat).

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.You can either write us at theayurstore@gmail.com or call at +91-8109082216 from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM to initiate a return. Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through speed post courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs.After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If an item is found damaged, missing or incorrect as per your order & the description on our website, customers have to escalate a concern with us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a picture of the packaging and products at theayurstore@gmail.com or call on +91-8109082216 within those 48 hours. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund through The Ayur Store (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. Please note the usual 14-day return policy won’t be applicable in these kinds of cases.

Mamaearth Onion Hair Serum

Key Ingredients:

Onion Seed Extract : Rich in essential oils, Onion Seed Extract strengthens hair and keeps it shiny.

Biotin : A rich form of Vitamin B, Biotin makes hair thick, strong, and shiny.

Olive Oil : Nourishes and moisturizes hair from within while keeping itchy scalp at bay.

D-Panthenol : Commonly known as Vitamin B5, it acts as a moisturizer, coats the hair, smoothens hair shaft and gives it a shiny appearance.

 

Directions for Use:

  • Step 1 : Take a few drops of the Serum onto your palms.
  • Step 2 : Rub hands together and distribute evenly along the lengths of your towel-dried or dry hair, especially the ends.
  • Step 3 : Leave it on. For best results, use it after every hair wash.
  • Step 4 : This can also be used prior to combing, on dry hair.
