Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.You can either write us at theayurstore@gmail.com or call at +91-8109082216 from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM to initiate a return. Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through speed post courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs.After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If an item is found damaged, missing or incorrect as per your order & the description on our website, customers have to escalate a concern with us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a picture of the packaging and products at theayurstore@gmail.com or call on +91-8109082216 within those 48 hours. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund through The Ayur Store (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. Please note the usual 14-day return policy won’t be applicable in these kinds of cases.

VLCC Anti Tan Single Facial Kit helps you get rid of sun tan and lighten your skin. It reverses the damage caused by exposure to the damaging ultra violet rays of the sun. By toning uneven skin tone, this facial kit leaves your skin spotless, fair and radiant.

This anti-tan facial kit includes five sachets for skin lightening. It has an oatmeal scrub, Melawhite gel, Melawhite powder, pistachio massage cream and Melawhite pack. This kit is easy to use and perfect for at-home facial.

VLCC Anti Tan Single Facial Kit is suitable for all skin types. The oatmeal scrub in this kit removes dead cells to reveal the natural glow in your face. Mix the oatmeal scrub with water and apply it evenly on the face and neck. Let it sit for 5 minutes and massage in gentle circular and upward motion. Follow the facial with Melawhite gel. Gently massage the gel in upward and circular motion for around 10 minutes and clean your face. Then cover your face with the Melawhite powder paste that is infused with the goodness of pomegranate and almond cake powder for gentle care to your skin.

The pistachio massage cream has a unique formulation that protects and moisturizes your skin. Apply this massage cream generously on the skin after removing the Melawhite powder. The final sachet in this facial treatment is the Melawhite de-tan pack that is enriched with winter cherry and aloe vera extract, and the skin benefits of turmeric and pineapple to repair dull, patchy skin and heal the damages caused by harmful sun rays.
