However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
You can either write us at theayurstore@gmail.com or call at +91-8109082216 from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM to initiate a return. Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through speed post courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
If an item is found damaged, missing or incorrect as per your order & the description on our website, customers have to escalate a concern with us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a picture of the packaging and products at theayurstore@gmail.com or call on +91-8109082216 within those 48 hours. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund through The Ayur Store (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. Please note the usual 14-day return policy won’t be applicable in these kinds of cases.
CANCELLATION
The customer can cancel the order for the product till The Ayur Store ships it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. There may be certain orders that The Ayur Store maybe unable to accept and service and may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by us. No cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.
