All over Indore: 1-3 working daysOrder before 11.30am and your order will be dispatched on the same day working day (Mon-Sat).

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.You can either write us at theayurstore@gmail.com or call at +91-8109082216 from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM to initiate a return. Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through speed post courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs.After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If an item is found damaged, missing or incorrect as per your order & the description on our website, customers have to escalate a concern with us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a picture of the packaging and products at theayurstore@gmail.com or call on +91-8109082216 within those 48 hours. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund through The Ayur Store (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. Please note the usual 14-day return policy won’t be applicable in these kinds of cases.

Himalaya Herbals Kajal is formulated with traditional ingredients like Damask Rose and Triphala Almond Oil and Castor Oil to cool, soothe and nourish your eyes. In addition it brings great finish to your eyes. This handy-sized kajal can be used to give your eyes to give a bright, well-groomed look.

Enriched with Damask Rose and Triphala, Himalaya Herbals Kajal combines traditional ingredients like Almond Oil and Castor Oil with Damask Rose for cooling and nourishing the eyes. Triphala, a unique herbal composite of three power-packed berries, adds luster, making the eyes look bright and attractive. Almond Oil nourishes the lashes. Camphor aids in retaining eye moisture, which helps keep the eyes hydrated.

Castor Oil is an emollient or skin softener. It also acts as a protective barrier between the skin and harsh environmental conditions such as wind, dust and dry air. Damask Rose is known for its cooling properties, which help overcome eye strain. Triphala, a herbal concoction of the Indian Gooseberry, Inknut and Beleric Myrobalan fruits, is a well-known eye tonic. Its anti-inflammatory properties help reduce eye redness and swelling.
